1000 Books Before Kindergarten

*Please note: The Winter Reading Challenge takes place beginning January 1-March 15, 2023. Each book logged (during this time frame) will earn one virtual raffle ticket towards a $25 Amazon Gift Card.

This program is designed to prepare children age 0 to 4 for success by developing early language skills. The goal is to read 1000 books before Kindergarten.

Children in Grades 1-8

The more you read, the more chances you have to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card!

Teens in Grades 9-12

The more you read, the more chances you have to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card!

Adults Ages 19 & Up

The more you read, the more chances you have to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card!

YPL Employees
